The launch decision

Nova Mobility will launch a new electric vehicle in six weeks. In a 40°C endurance test, 3 of 20 battery-cooling pumps stopped for several seconds. Engineers do not yet know whether software or hardware caused it. Production starts tomorrow, and a fleet customer wants a confirmed delivery date by 16:00 today.
