Privacy policy

1. Controller

2. Data processed and accounts

Providing the service may generate connection, security and error data, such as the time, requested address, browser and device details. A temporary technical key is derived from connection characteristics to limit abuse; the rate-limit record does not store the plain-text IP address.

Repewo email sign-in processes the email address, display name, a salted password verifier and necessary session data. Verification and password-reset email delivery is not currently configured. A newly registered email address is therefore stored as unverified, not represented as confirmed. Unverified accounts can save private drafts but cannot submit games for publication.

With optional ChatGPT sign-in, Repewo receives the email address and, where available, display name supplied by the sign-in platform, but no ChatGPT conversations, memories, files or billing information.

For Writers, Repewo may process profile information, visibility settings, private drafts, games, submissions, review status and review messages. Messages and status changes are retained as review history. On submission, Repewo also stores the recorded versions of the terms, privacy notice and publication permission.

3. Purposes, access and logs

Data supports accounts, private areas, editorial review, publication, evidence of rights, security and abuse prevention. The Owner and authorized reviewers receive only the access intended for their tasks. Security and activity logs are retained in the Owner area; ordinary activity is collapsed by default, not deleted.

Technical delivery uses the actually configured OpenAI/Cloudflare Sites infrastructure. Contractual roles, legal bases and processors must be legally reviewed against the applicable contracts before broad commercial use; this page does not claim automatic legal compliance.

4. Deletion and retention

Account deletion can be requested in the private area. The profile is immediately made non-public; anonymization is generally planned within 30 days and may be completed earlier by the Owner. Repewo sign-in credentials and sessions are removed, follow relationships deleted, and games or necessary submission and rights records detached from the personal account. Minimal necessary legal, security or publication records may be retained in anonymized form. This does not delete an independent OpenAI or ChatGPT account.

No other fixed retention periods are claimed until they have been determined operationally and legally for each data type. Access, correction and deletion requests can be sent to contact@repewo.com.

5. Rights and minors

Where the legal requirements are met, rights include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, as well as a right to complain to a supervisory authority. Repewo is not intended for children under 13; minors should not enter sensitive personal data into games.

Cookies and local storage

No analytics, advertising or marketing technologies are currently used. Necessary local storage holds the language preference and private draft previews; necessary session cookies support sign-in and security.

Terms of use

Version: 4 September 2026. Repewo is a platform for facilitated role and decision games. Writers submit games for editorial review. Reviewers may request changes, approve or reject; the Owner publishes only after approval. Publication is not guaranteed.

Writers retain ownership, copyright and identification as author of their original game. Through the separate recorded translation confirmation, a Writer allows Repewo to translate and linguistically adapt the submitted game for publication in additional languages, using human or AI-assisted translation tools. This permission includes correcting grammar, improving wording, adapting phrasing naturally and adjusting formatting or localization while preserving the original meaning and authorship. It does not permit material changes to the game's meaning, roles, logic, outcomes, message, scoring logic or structural references. Substantive changes use the normal review and change-request workflow. The permission is non-exclusive and transfers no copyright ownership; a new approval for every translated language is not required unless the content is materially changed.

Confidential employer or customer data, third-party personal data without a valid basis, unlawful content, harmful code and attempts to bypass safeguards are prohibited. Custom-tool descriptions are not functional tools. Custom source counts as existing package source only after it has been saved and safely previewed.

Safety and respectful play

No harassment, discrimination, threats, humiliation or manipulation. Do not request passwords, financial data, intimate content, health records or confidential employer information. Safety or content concerns can be reported to contact@repewo.com.
